DELIVERY
We deliver next business day to most areas in Pierce County if ordered before
11:00 a.m. Delivery fees start at $5.00 per one local address.
 SHIPPING
WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES!
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 A.M. PST will ship within
24-48 hours.
Ground
Shipping: With the recipients U.S. street address (no P.O.
Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) and telephone number, allow 1-5
business days for delivery.
For
business addresses, include company name, suite number, and
department.
Incorrect
shipping information may delay the product not being delivered
on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due
to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility.
During
the warmer season, a charge for cold packs may be incurred
for shipping chocolates.
Prices and delivery
charges are subject to change without notice.
SHGB stands behind
the quality in every product we sell. We will replace any merchandise
that is damaged during shipping.
ALCOHOL
Due to varying state alcohol laws, we can only ship
gifts with wine or beer to the following states: AK, CA, CO,
CT, DC, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NH, NM, NV, OR, RI, WA, WI,
WV, and WY.

RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love the gift you've received. If, for any reason, you would
like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection
or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its
original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and call us telling
that you are returning the gift.
For
your security, please return your gift with an insured courier
(e.g.,Fed Ex or UPS) and retain your receipt. South Hill Gift
Baskets is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If
you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or
not the correct product, South Hill Gift Baskets will provide
a prepaid UPS return label.
